変わったんじゃない。
「終わり」ました。

14歳のチョコ爆食も

15歳の不登校も

30年間の摂食障害も

8年間歌えなかった「機能性発声障害」の絶望も…。

全部、愛を求めていただけだった。

「ダメな自分」なんていなかった。

「生き延びようとしていた自分」が
いただけだった。

脳心理学の学び場に飛び込んで、
あれから16年。

At the school of brain psychology,
the first thing my mentor said to me was:

All human behavior
is about seeking love from others
＼

At that moment, all my pain
‘ended.’

I didn’t change.
It ‘ended.’

Binge-eating chocolate at 14,

not going to school at 15,

30 years of eating disorders,

8 years of despair from not being able to sing
—FunctionalVoiceDisorder

it was all just seeking love.

There was no such thing as a ‘bad me.’

There was only the ‘me trying to survive.’

I jumped into the world of brain psychology,
and it’s been 16 years since then.

40歳。私に「人生オワタ」が来た。

命の次に大切な「歌声」が
出なくなったのです。

機能性発声障害。

「音楽の道で生きたい」

「自分の声と言葉で伝えたい」

「人の心を癒したい」

それこそが、DVで厳格で
男尊女卑な環境で
私を救ってくれる唯一の生きがいだったのに…。

その歌声が8年間、

思うように出なくなった。

長年の摂食障害が遠因でした。

このとき初めて私は、

「厳格な父のDVで育ったせいだ」と
父親を責めることを
止める大転換点を迎えました。

絶望の暗闇の中で、
ようやく受け入れたのです。

「自分の人生を破壊していたのは、
私自身だったんだ」と。

🌎【Confession of a Neuroscience Psychology Coach ④｜Major Turning Point｜6 Parts in Total】

40 years old. That’s when my ‘life was over’ moment came.

The thing that mattered most after life itself
—my singing voice—stopped coming out.

Functional voice disorder.

‘I want to live through music.’

‘I want to convey through my own voice and words.’

‘I want to heal people’s hearts.’


That was exactly the only thing that gave me a reason to live
and saved me in that strict, male-dominated DV environment...

That singing voice refused to come out properly for eight years.

Long-standing eating disorders were the underlying cause.

It was the first time I realized,

the turning point where I stopped blaming my father, saying,

‘It’s because I grew up under my strict dad’s abuse.’

In the darkness of despair,

I finally accepted it.

‘The one who was destroying my own life
was actually me.’

社会人になっても
ずっと自分を責めていた。

「どうして人間関係を
うまく構築できないんだろう」

他にもまだある。
コマーシャリズムの洗脳で
ルッキズムに汚染されて——

「太っている」

「白人のようにホリが深くない」

「目が大きくない」

キレイな人が心底うらやましかった。

そして30年間、食べることが怖かった。

摂食障害は「意志が弱い」からじゃない。

脳が作り出した
「生き延びるための回路」です。

それでも「音楽の道で生きること」を
諦めていなかった。

この「諦めなかった」が
後に最大の「試練」を経て、

「奇跡」につながるとは
この時はまだ知らなかった。

Even after becoming a working adult,
I kept blaming myself.

“Why can’t I build good relationships with people?”

Brainwashed by commercialism,
polluted by lookism——

“I’m fat.”

“My features aren’t deep like a white person’s.”

“My eyes aren’t big.”

I was genuinely jealous of beautiful people.

And for 30 years, I was afraid to eat.
Eating disorders aren’t because of “weak will.”

They’re circuits created by the brain
to help you survive.

Even so, I hadn’t given up
on living through music.

At that time, I didn’t know
that this determination to not give up

would later go through the greatest “trial”
and lead to a “miracle.”

15歳。高校１年生で私は不登校になった。

厳格な父親のレールは「東大→法律家」。

でも私の本音は
「音楽をやりたい」。

私は「ザ・昭和女」です。

父親の女性への生き方のおすすめは
「結婚して出産して子育てして」でした。

自分の強さも弱さもわからない。
人生経験も何もない14歳・15歳。

中学３年生のときに高校受験から
「逃げてる自分」、「激太りした自分」を
弱いな、ダメなやつだな、と
責め続けていた。

当時はまだ知らなかった。

「逃げる」のは弱さじゃなくて
脳が選んだ「生存戦略」だと。

I was 15.

When I was a first-year high school student,
I became truant from school.

My strict father’s path was
‘Tokyo University → Lawyer.’

But my true feelings were

‘I want to pursue music.’

I am a ‘typical Showa-era woman.’

My father’s advice on how women should live
was ‘Get married, have kids, and raise them.’

At 14 or 15,
I had neither strength nor weakness understood,
nor any life experience.

When I was in 9th grade,
during high school entrance exams,
I kept blaming myself for ‘running away’

and ‘gaining a lot of weight,’
thinking I was weak and a failure.

Back then, I didn’t know yet.

Running away isn’t weakness,
it’s a ‘survival strategy’ chosen by the brain.

お土産が全部、私の胃袋に消えた。ｗ

1ヶ月で10kg激太り。

これが「摂食障害30年」の始まりでした。

当時はまだ知らなかった。

「食べる」は意志の弱さじゃなくて
脳が選んだ「生き延びるための回路」
だということを。

When I was 14,

I ate all the chocolate my parents brought back for their silver wedding anniversary.

The souvenirs meant for relatives, neighbors, and friends all disappeared into my stomach. lol

I gained 10 kg in just a month.

This was the start of my ‘30 years of eating disorders.’

At the time, I didn’t yet know that
‘eating’ isn’t a sign of weak willpower,
but a brain-chosen ‘survival circuit.’
